Delivery is only to the FRONT DOOR.

 

Flats it will be the COMMUNAL DOOR of the building.

 

We do not delivery to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Island, Northern Ireland, Off Shore Island, Jersey, Isle of Men.

 

If your POSTCODE falls into any of the above,  we will have to CANCEL THE ORDER.

 

 

DELIVERY TO CERTAIN POSTCODES TAKE LONGER AS WE USE AN INDEPENDENT COURIERS.

 

ZONE A (Can take Additional 5-7 working days) - RH-LD-LL-SS-IP-CO-NR-LA-KA-SY-SN-TD-SN-SP-ME11-ME12-SA-PO-BN-TN-CT-BA-SO-CA 

 

ZONE B (Can take Additional 10 working days) - PA-FK-KY-PH-DG

 

ZONE C (Can take Additional 15 working days) - TR-PL-TQ-EX-TA-DT-AB-IV-BH-DD-KW 

 

Delivery is 3-7 working days after dispatched.

 

Our couriers will contact you 1 or 2 days before prior to deliver on the number you provide with the order in advance to confirm a delivery date with you.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify as soon as possible. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging.

 

If goods have been opened then a £40.00 handling charge will apply. Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.

 

If upon assembling there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible that we can offer a suitable replacement.
